Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Yarnfolio account and all associated data at any time, directly through the app or by email.

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 business days.

How to request deletion

In the app: open Yarnfolio, sign in and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete my account, confirm deletion and re-authenticate with Apple or Google when prompted.
By email: send a message to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Yarnfolio account" and the email address of your Apple or Google account.

Data removed

Profile, including name, email and photo.
Crochet and knitting projects, time logs, row counters and progress photos.
Material inventory, purchase history, app preferences and subscription data linked to Yarnfolio.

Data retained in limited form

Anonymous analytics data and crash reports may remain in aggregated form, without personal identification.
Automatic backups may take up to 180 days to be fully purged.

Before deleting

Account deletion is irreversible.
If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it through Google Play or the App Store, depending on your platform, before deleting the account.
